Delivery & Returns

Every effort is made to despatch items the same day if orders are received before 13:00pm; subject to warehouse capacity and stock availability.  

We use UPS Courier Service; all prices are calculated on weight at the checkout and are delivered by the Courier between 8am – 18:00pm approx. (See "Track your delivery" for more information).

Please Note: Absolute's despatch days are Monday through Thursday.

Absolute's office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 17:00pm and Friday 8:30 to 13:00pm (GMT)

IMPORTANT NOTE - Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst in transit, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.


Return, Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return your items please contact us on (+44) 01769 572389 or email sales@absoluteproduct.com and we will advise on the next steps to take. 

  • Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days from receipt of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, for exchange or refund (refund excludes original delivery).

  • Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the products(s) supplied.

  • We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt of returned product(s), however during busy periods please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once your refund is complete, we will email to confirm.

  • We recommend the use of a reputable courier service for the returns in case issues arise during transit.

  • Absolute are not liable for any parcels damaged or lost in transit when being returned.


Cancelling prior to despatch

To cancel your order prior to despatch, you must contact us on (+44) 01769 572389 as soon as you can after placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's despatched.


Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us immediately on (+44) 01769 572389 or email sales@absoluteproduct.com and we will advise on the next steps to take. Please do not attempt to fix the item(s) as this may affect your entitlement for a refund or exchange.


Missing items

If any item is missing from your delivery, this must be reported within 5 working days from the date of receipt of your order.


Items sent out incorrectly

If an item(s) has been sent out to you incorrectly, please contact your sales agent as soon as possible, they will be happy to solve the matter as swiftly as possible.
